Added

  • New tab in the Unity Editor for everything related to the gamekit - so now its easier to find and change settings!
  • Creating new objects now highlights the object!
  • Creating new assets using the templates inside the project window also selects the asset for renaming
  • Topdown character can now be animated in a 4 directional or 2 directional style, 6 directional animation is currently not yet supported

Fixed

  • Readonly anim controller templates - you should now be able to write to them as well!
  • Inconsistencies in Create GameObject menu where some objects spawn with ‘(clone)’ in their name
  • Topdown template animator controllers being generated with ‘PF’ instead of ‘TD’ in their name even though the file itself was correct, should be more consistent now!
  • Creating two of the same object templates inside the Project Window now automatically add numeric suffixes to avoid duplicate naming/path errors
